Seriously, the Bidenzoids could put the matter of Joe's fitness for office to rest in FIVE MINUTES by his simply taking a comprehensive cognitive test by an independent panel, passing it and releasing the results, saying 'BOYEAH.'

But he won't, and that speaks volumes that they know he'd never pass it.
