Watch for yourself, it's pretty short, given how important it is:

To paraphrase, RBF Collins asks in a shocked tone whether in a mixed status household, i.e. two illegal aliens with a baby born in the U.S., both parents would be deported if caught by ICE>

Homan asks what should be a rhetorical question about whether we should allow people to violate the law, and ignore court orders if they can quick give birth to a U.S. born baby.

For those who think the answer should be a resounding "yes! let them violat the law if they have a U.S. born baby!" what other crimes should people be able to avoid punishment for, if they have a baby at home?

This already happens and has long happened. The kid generally goes with the parents but can stay if they are left with a legal citizen.

This is both CNN and Homan playing to the lowest common denominator.

CNN is playing to those who want the law ignored, and Homan is playing to those who want the law enforced.

Yes, it has happened before that the law was enforced, but CNN is arguing that it should not be.

This would be a good place for you to stop making meaningless observations and state whether you think the law should be enforced, ignored, or selectively enforced based on some other factors besides the law.

Yes, higher food prices on the horizon.
Thanks trump, way to think this through.......like usual.

The reason it's not enforced is because employers are against it. I've discussed that hundreds of times so..............

But as an aside, it was nice to see him admit that those born here are citizens.

So laws should only be enforced if it does not raise prices?
Should they be enforced if you do not like them?

You support the cartels exporting slave labor to the U.s. so that your eggs won't cost as much?

The cartels were allowed to run our border for four years, and egg prices went up, so I think you may be disappointed when your plan doesn't work.

So . . . so what?

Yes, that's how they can be anchor babies.

No more of that, though . . .

Most of these farm workers are more productive for our society than a few posters on this site.
These illegals actually work and deliver food to other Americans.
Some posters here hack away for 12 hours daily, and collect a disability check.
What are your thoughts on that ^^^^ ?

Yes, I can get past the FACT that some are here illegally, but also they contribute to our society. What the FUCK is the problem?
We NEED these workers, because lazy American Citizens collecting Welfare certainly won't be taking those jobs.

So . . . so what?

Yes, that's how they can be anchor babies.

No more of that, though . . .

He doesn't say that. They never were "anchor babies". They were citizens. Their parents if illegal were always susceptible to deportation and have been.

We should call them "anchor jobs". That's what keeps them here.

I'm clearly NOT talking about the Cartels and Gang Members.
Find them and Deport THEM. Not the farm workers.
Can't you differentiate between a good contributing "Illegal" and a Criminal?
I can.

Deporting these productive farm workers is going to cause a disaster.

??

How is Homan responsible for her stupid question?

??

How is Homan responsible for her stupid question?

I didn't say he was so......................I noted she was also appealing to the lowest.

She should have asked him........."there are millions of illegals working here, when do you plan on enforcing employment laws"?

First of all the illegal is a criminal, because crossing the border illegally, is . . . illegal. I know many have forgotten that in the last four years.

But, sure I can see the difference between a person who comes illegally into the United States to traffic children, rape women, set people on fire on subways and a person who only comes to take jobs that Americans would do if the employers had to pay a fair wage.

Because I differentiate between the two types of criminal aliens doesn't mean I want to give one type a pass. Can you differentiate between a man who rapes a grown woman and one who rapes and murders a child? If you can, does that mean you want to give the first type rapist a pass?
Deporting these productive farm workers is going to cause a disaster.
If a magic wand were to be waved and all persons in the country illegally were magically transported out of the country, there would be some disruption for employers who exploit illegal labor. Their profits would be reduced as they were forced to pay wages that Americans will work for.*

"Employers" includes the trafficers who send children to work in kitchens, meat plants, factories, etc. I'm not that sympathetic for those types, are you?

The sudden disappearance of all illegals wouldn't be a disaster, and it won't happen in real life. I know you are smart enough to know that.

What realistic undesired scenario to you see coming about from Homan's efforts to deport illegals?

Aren't you the guy that wants employers punished for hiring illegals? If all employers stopped hiring illegals, how would that not cause that same disaster you pretend is going to happen if illegals are deported?

*It's another subject, but if you really want to help farmers attract American workers, you should be for reducing the generosity of welfare. Farmers have to compete with welfare to pay people to get out of bed before dawn.

WTF, you claimed Homan was "playing to the lowest common denominator." He answered her stupid question as to whether the administration would deport an American spouse if the illegal has a baby with them. The answer was no, we only deport the illegal

Bullshit.
Road Runner and dakotakai certainly will NEVER stop typing and actual hold a paying job.
Why don't you rag on RR?

Again, you focus only on the rapists and drug suppliers, of which the US has a MUCH HIGHER number of "Legal Citizens" currently committing these crimes.
Aren't you the guy that wants employers punished for hiring illegals?
Did you just 'make this up'?

Keep the baby and throw out the parents.

I know nothing about how RR supports herself.

If anyone - anyone - is drawing a welfare check for doing nothing, I think they should be assigned to a working person and required to do errands for them, keep house for them, mow lawns, wash their cars, and other chores that take up what little leisure time a working person has after a week of overtime.

Welfare would be much less attractive as a lifestyle if it consisted of supervised living in group homes, in which they are required to spend four hours a day working around the home and four hours a day looking for a job.

Again, you focus only on the rapists and drug suppliers, of which the US has a MUCH HIGHER number of "Legal Citizens" currently committing these crimes.
Yes, but that doesn't mean we should import more, nor that we should allow unlimited illegals to clog our ER's, go on welfare (on behalf of the anchor babies), take resources away from our chidren in public schools, and take jobs that Americans won't do.
Did you just 'make this up'?
I asked a question. You don't think employers should be punished for hiring illegals?

If not, my bad.

Got it. Laws are meant to be enforced as long as you agree with them.
So someone can murder someone as long as you do not like the person murdered and they should face no consequences.
Someone can pay no taxes as long as they drop their prices so you can pay less.
A company can create toxic waste and dump it in a nearby ditch as long as they keep their prices low.
We have a lot of democrat cult members that keep pointing out that they are big proponents of welfare. Perhaps we should consider having some of those welfare recipients having at least a part time job to receive welfare. Even if all they do is paperwork or babysitting for others.
See my problem is two fold. First off I believe all laws should be followed. No exceptions.
Second is I do not agree with paying low wages to anyone or paying them under the table is good for our economy, even if it creates lower prices. It is a modern day equivalent of slavery
