So a CNN "Jeffry Toobin look-alike" said that Biden should appoint Kamala to the US Supreme Court.

I'm no legal genius, but my instincts tell me that Kamala has less than a ZERO chance of getting put on the US Supreme Court.

There is no way in hell she could get (60) senate votes, and Manchin said that the filibuster is very safe, even if he voted for Kamala, which he won't do because he already said he opposes packing the court.

Even better, it takes more than a majority to confirm a SCOTUS Justice nomination. Why? Because of the still existing requirement to invoke cloture on a filibuster.
