Even the Left doesn’t want to watch their BS.

Warner Bros. Discovery has suspended all external marketing spend for CNN+ and has laid off CNN's longtime chief financial officer as it weighs what to do with the subscription streaming service moving forward, five sources tell Axios.
Why it matters: Inside CNN, executives think the launch has been successful. Discovery executives disagree.

CNN+ has roughly 150,000 subscribers so far.
Warner Bros. Discovery wants to eventually build one giant service around HBO Max.
...

Executives are frustrated that new leadership is moving quickly to dismantle what they see as an eventual lifeline for the cable network.

CNN's original plan was for CNN+ to become profitable in four years by investing $1 billion into the service.

I thought it was absolutely hilarious for them to even try this.
I don't know what kind of crack the board was smoking thinking this was going to work.
Funny stuff
The Left live in a bubble world with no contact with the real world. To them everyone loves CNN and Biden/Harris are the best thing since cracked wheat.

CNN offers slanted “news” and very biased liberal commentary. So, the honchos at CNN decided they need to expand and turned to a streaming service (because all the cool kids are doing it) to do it. NOW, viewers have a CHOICE:

FINALLY, they can pay to get CNN+. In exchange, they can get slanted “news” and very biased liberal commentary.

CNN has been mostly in 3rd place behind MSNBC and WAY behind Fox News for quite some time now. What made them think people would pay for content they won't watch as part of their cable package?"

Some have mentioned Chris Wallace. I've been watching the trend the last several weeks and him leaving Fox News Sunday has not affected its ratings at all. If CNN was looking for him to save them, I don't think so.

Warner Bros. Discovery Expected To Shut Down CNN+

Warner Bros. Discovery is shutting down CNN+ and is expected to provide details Thursday, according to two people familiar with the matter, marking one of the company’s first significant maneuvers since completing the merger of WarnerMedia and Discovery less than two weeks ago.

That was 350 Million down the drain lol. They had about 10,000 subscribers.
