When I first got out on my own, I didn't have a car for 5 years, I walked everywhere.

The state should have emergency funds for hurricanes and it's "victims".
The state should also have FEMA coming in, if not already there.

And lets not forget all the insurance the people have on their stuff.

Unless the hurricane literally wiped out a huge chunk of the state and is now under water, then I don't see any reason for more help than they are supposed to have already.

It's like Puerto Rico......they are supposed to have hurricane bunkers for the people, if and when needed.......but they don't.
They are supposed to have an emergency fund for such acts of Mother Nature, but they don't.
This happens EVERY FUCKING YEAR to them, and the corrupt politicians whine, cry, and complain when they are told NO, on getting government funds!!!

WHERE did those BILLIONS of emergency dollars go to??? THEIR POCKETS!!!
