That is classic Clinton behavior. Make a big statement, then refuse to apply it to themselves. Case in point, Hillary on the campaign trail insisted every victim of sexual assault needed to be heard and believed, but when she had an opportunity to actually stand up for such victims of her husband, she instead trashed them. Therefore, it is not surprising to see Bubba, with great fanfare, piously proclaim that he is all for complete and total exposure of all the facts, then turn around and refuse to supply some of those facts.
