There are indeed a variety of reasons for shaking hands. Maybe he has some kind of Parkinson’s Disease? Maybe he has an essential tremor. Maybe they always shake these days. Or maybe he was simply fearful of getting caught in any of his lies.

However, I also work with seniors and the hand shaking/tremors is very obviously the sign of a medical condition, not shaking because he was nervous, lying, or afraid of the questions.

In fact, he had these handshaking tremors clear back to 2013 when they tested him for Parkinsons. My guess is they now know what is wrong with him, medically speaking, but haven't informed the public. In any event, I watched the entire 17 minute clip and saw nothing that could be used against him or implying that his tremors were the result of anything other than a medical condition.

Thank you sir for the medical analysis. I am 87 and have no tremors at all. I do however feel pain at times in my big toe on the left foot. I vigorously move the toe and it removes the pain. It might have pain one, maybe two times in a day. Other times not one bit.

So? Clinton has had these tremors since 2013. So, he didn't just come up with them during his recent testimony.

As far back as 2013, he explained that he had undergone medical evaluations after first noticing the tremors. At the time, doctors ruled out Parkinson’s disease and attributed the shaking to normal age-related changes.
