The world’s climate has been changing since the beginning of time; this is NOT our impeding threat !!

Fossil fuels are “finite” and known oil reserves will be sucked up and burned within the text 15-20 years!!

This is “the” crises facing us, not climate but our energy needs.

Will we make the transition in a smooth way or one tragedy piled up on another?
Either way, we need alternative energy
There are many alternatives. But we need those alternatives that will put money into the Globalist's pockets.

What’s the BFD? The new radical socialist heading up the dimocrat party has already, in the wisdom of her Econ degree from BU, determined we’re dust in only twelve years, so just relax and enjoy the ride.

According to scientists in 1980, we ran out of fuel in 2012. This article is from 2015. -

For instance, in 1980, the R/P ratio suggested only 32 years of oil production from existing reserves. With technological advances, reserves that were previously deemed unviable to tap have kept coming on board. Various studies show that the total remaining recoverable oil resources would last 190 years, natural gas 230 years, and coal, a whopping 2900 years.
How long will fossil fuels last?
Below is what I have found. You can do the math

Globally, crude's reserves-to-production ratio has hovered between 40-55 years. The 1P estimate is an estimate of proven reserves, what is likely to be extracted from a well, 90% probability. Probable reserves are given 50% certainty (2P) and possible reserves a 10% certainty (3P).

Global oil demand to exceed expectations in 2017, says IEA; OPEC cuts supply

our forecast horizon we will be in a 104 mb/d market and the call on OPEC crude and stock change rises from 32.2 mb/d in 2016 to 35.8 mb/d in 2022. With the group forecast to add 1.95 mb/d to production capacity in this period, this implies that available spare production capacity will fall below 2 mb/d.

Oil is a resource… it will run out
For decades now, the topic of when our oil will run out has been the focus of analysts and industry experts. The concern is real. Oil is a resource and will eventually be depleted. Once we discover and process all sources, there’s nothing else. It’s only a question of time.

Oil still remains the largest source of primary energy worldwide. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the global supply of oil, bio-fuel and liquid hydrocarbons are still enough to meet the global demand for liquid fuels for another 25 years. The good news is that developing countries are now seriously exploring and using alternative and renewable energy.

Here’s the latest report on Oil Consumption and Demand.

1. The world oil consumption per day is 91.7 million barrels as of May 2014.
2. The U.S. is the largest oil consumer in the world, using up 18.83 million barrels a day.
3. China uses 10% of the world’s oil. It is expected to overtake the U.S. as the largest oil consumer.
4. The global oil demand is expected to increase by 1.3 million barrels a day by late 2014.

The question, instead, is when the trend in oil prices will turn decisively upward. That upward turn is inevitable as a growing world economy confronts a resource in limited supply. But when will it happen? Maybe it already has.

Tight Oil Supply Won't Ease Soon

TIGHT OIL SUPPLY WON'T EASE SOON
The end of the Fossil Fuel era is upon us so what are we going to do next-?

-------
I think it is time for us to look around at other countries who see the end of oil around the corner----------------

China is the world's leading country in electricity production from renewable energy sources, with over double the generation of the second-ranking country, the United States.[citation needed] In 2013 the country had a total capacity of 378 GW of renewable power, mainly from hydroelectric and wind power. China's renewable energy sector is growing faster than its fossil fuels and nuclear power capacity.

Although China currently has the world's largest installed capacity of hydro, solar and wind power, its energy needs are so large that in 2013 renewables provided just a little over 20% of its power generation, with most of the remainder provided by traditional coal power facilities.[1] Nevertheless, the share of renewable sources in the energy mix had been gradually rising from 2013.

China sees renewables as a source of energy security and not just only to reduce carbon emission.[2]China’s Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution issued by China’s State Council in September 2013, illustrates the government's desire to increase the share of renewables in China’s energy mix.[3] Unlike oil, coal and gas, the supplies of which are finite and subject to geopolitical tensions, renewable energy systems can be built and used wherever there is sufficient water, wind, and sun.[4]

As Chinese renewable manufacturing has grown, the costs of renewable energy technologies have dropped dramatically. Innovation has helped, but the main driver of reduced costs has been market expansion.[4] In 2015 China became the world's largest producer of photovoltaic power, with 43 GW of total installed capacity.[5][6] From 2005 to 2014, production of solar cells in China has expanded 100-fold.[4]

Nuclear is the wave as is Lithium and solar charging.
First off the Joo~ish mentality( bahwdz of diwektaz) needs eliminating from the projects to attempt low cost options....3 mile island, Fuckyoushima, Chernobylstein and other such bullshit excuses for "getting charged up" for low bucks.
Get it right from the git go( hundreds of billions) and multiple solutions for clusterfucks in place. Floridas garbage nuke plants will be the next adventure. Absolute ******* garbage.

No link? Did you make up this 15-20 year figure for reserves? My search put it at over 50 years for KNOWN reserves, and exploration continues.

How long will world's oil reserves last? 53 years, says BP
The world has 53.3 years left to find an alternative to oil before current proved reserves run dry, according to BP. Of course, nations are finding new oil – meaning that number is rising – but new extraction methods are costly and can pose environmental threats.

Let me also say- we will never ever use all the oil. Do you know why?

Oil is not a fossil fuel and is the second most prevelant fluid on earth.

Whoa......explain how Oil is not a fossil fuel.

Oil is not a fossil fuel and is the second most prevelant fluid on earth.

A fossil fuel is a fuel formed by natural processes, such as anaerobic decomposition of buried dead organisms, containing energy originating in ancient photosynthesis.[1] The age of the organisms and their resulting fossil fuels is typically millions of years, and sometimes exceeds 650 million years.[2]Fossil fuels contain high percentages of carbon and include petroleum, coal, and natural gas.[3] Other commonly used derivatives include kerosene and propane. Fossil fuels range from volatile materials with low carbon to hydrogen ratios like methane, to liquids like petroleum, to nonvolatile materials composed of almost pure carbon, like anthracite coal. Methane can be found in hydrocarbon fields either alone, associated with oil, or in the form of methane clathrates.

The theory that fossil fuels formed from the fossilized remains of dead plants by exposure to heat and pressure in the Earth's crust over millions of years was first introduced by Andreas Libavius "in his 1597 Alchemia [Alchymia]" and later by Mikhail Lomonosov "as early as 1757 and certainly by 1763".[4] The first use of the term "fossil fuel" was by the German chemist Caspar Neumann, in English translation in 1759.[5]
Fossil fuel - Wikipedia

It's an abiotic fluid naturally produced by the earth's crust. Drilling over a mile down has hit pockets of oil. The Rockefellers pushed in 1892 in Geneva to classify it as a finite resource.

Hahaha. Not one single producing oil field in the entire world is made up of abiotic oil. Not one.

Sorry Dale, you’ve been duped. The formation of oil reserves has been studied long and hard for decades by extraordinarily smart people with numerous techniques. We have a fairly decent working knowledge of how it is formed, despite what that nit in the video thinks. BTW- who is he and where did he get his information and education?

How about the fact that there has never been a fossil found below 16,000 feet? Today, oil is frequently found at depths of 30,000 feet plus. Oil companies still get a tax break with the oil depletion allowance. I suggest this E-book by John Truman Wolfe titled "Anatomy Of A Con Job".

So the fact we have not found fossils below 16,000 feet is the basis of claiming oil,is not a fossil fuel. Oil is a liquid. It flows and seeps down thru the crust to for reservoirs. Fossils don’t really flow very well. I’ve seen the theory of oil being formed thru extreme heat deep in the mantle, but the chemical make up of petroleum doesn’t support the theory.

Ammonites are perhaps the most widely known fossil, possessing the typically ribbed spiral-form shell as pictured above. These creatures lived in the seas between 240 - 65 million years ago, when they became extinct along with the dinosaurs. The name 'ammonite' (usually lower-case) originates from the Greek Ram-horned god called Ammon. Ammonites belong to a group of predators known as cephalopods, which includes their living relatives the octopus, squid, cuttlefish and nautilus (see pictures below).

Shut up! Over 8 billion people in this world. By your analysis several billion will have to die.

I didn't say that, you just inferred it.

My study shows that the world will not get into panic mode for another 10-15 years.
This just means we have 10-15 years to transition away from oil.,,.,to viable alternatives.
If trump is going to declare a national emergency then this is it and this goes for other countries who are wise enough to see the writing on the wall.

Israel getting off of oil

“Three years ago, 50% of our electric consumption was comprised of coal,” Luvshis said. By 2017, the country had reduced this number to 25% of total consumption. Luvshis added that the country hopes to reduce coal consumption by half again in 2022 and to phase it out entirely by 2026.

The country is also betting big on transportation by abandoning the import of gasoline and diesel-powered automobiles by 2030, allowing only electric, hydrogen, and compressed natural gas vehicles. “We are actively transferring manufacturing and power generation plants to natural gas from fuel oil, but transportation is the sector showing the largest improvement through the next decade,” Luvshis said.
