If i had to guess from just the picture alone? Ok, here is what i see...

The guy on the right is part of an Algerian terror cell. He is wanted by Interpol for bombings on two continents.

The guy on the left is known as "The Turkish Nightmare". He was a member of a death squad in Croatia in the early 2000's. Today he is a mercenary for the highest bidder. He currently works for the Wagner Group as an interrogator, where he has turned brutality into a form of art.
