In my old turf of San Diego County the Sheriff took 3-4 years to process applications.

Here in Virginia it took me 3 business days to get approval. During Christmas week.

Need a SCOTUS ruling on establishing process times for applications.

Shouldn't need any permit to carry. That includes felons who have served their time and paid their fines.

What about violent felons? Are you another all the guns for all the people all the time, people or just a formerly convicted felon that wish you had not blown some of your former rights?
