I think what the CIA is doing is testing the water. They suggest things to see the public's reaction, if it's not very bad, they will commit more force to it. They do this because truth is getting out. Too many people are getting wise to the origin of the virus. People are also catching on to the CIA's tendency to lie.

No one was ever able to find any covid in the local Wuhan wet market.
Eating a bat or pangolin would not give you covid since you don't eat animals like that raw.
The covid virus has been found no where in nature, and the first victim was the lab workers.
So it almost had to have started in the lab.
And the lab admits it was doing "gain of function" research on covid, and that is exactly what caused it to transfer to humans.
