Chucking people from helicopters, yes or no?

Is it ever ok to chuck people from a helicopter?

if so, what would be an acceptable fee to pay for that service?

ya cant just throw em on the ground unless its like dropping them into a volcano
cleanup and sanitation costs...eh ?

Whats to stop clandestine chuckers? Buy a helicopter or better yet start a skydiving business.
That way ya make money whether they go slow or fast.

i intend to broker with the mexican civic organizations, who already have the means in place, to be the providers of my service, while I am simply a broker in the deal.
I am firm in the belief they know how to protect their turf.

personally i prefer land splats, but will provide as the cusomer requests.
