Firstly, I do not feel that this despicable form of unhealthy assault is even a "Jews vs Christian" issue.

This quote clearly shows that EVEN Ben Gvir condemns the assaults, calls them immoral, believes they should be stopped, and recommends education as an alternative to criminality. If you have a different quote, or, better yet, can find an original interview video, then bring it.

Also, Ben Gvir is JUST ONE PERSON, and continuing to use him, and only him (and occasionally Smotrich) to condemn the entire citizenry of Israel is disingenuous.

Let's recap. Spitting on Xians is:

• subject to a penalty of two years imprisonment
• condemned by the Prime Minister, the Police Chief, the Mayor and Deputy, MPs, AND Ben Gvir

Only five Israelis EVER?! That is a rather outrageous claim. Do you have a source for that? Police records? Government statistics? Even just articles making that claim?

Or do you mean for the specific incident on October 4, 2023, in which one was arrested on the spot, and the other four investigated via film evidence, identified, and arrested later? Also, I can find no information at all that they were "immediately released". (They may have been, I have never looked into the explicit details of Israel's law enforcement policy on detention between charge and trial/sentencing, but I am aware that they make use of house arrest for some minor crimes). I can find numerous articles which confirm they were charged with assault.

It easy enough to find multiple articles of various dates with many recorded arrests, and these being only the well-reported incidents.

For the record, I don't believe for a second that you have actually investigated this topic with any thoroughness. I think you did a shallow search for "bad things Jews do". Because that's what you do.

Central Bureau of Statistics does not provide statistics specifically for assaults by spitting, only assaults generally. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to determine the number of convictions specifically for spitting.
