I don't know a lot of devout Buddhist working at a slaughter house. As killing is expressly forbidden by Buddhism. Its incompatible with their religion.

A Christian baker in the State where they worked is required to serve gay and lesbian customers the same as straight ones. Per the bakers, they can't. Its incompatible with their religion.

Well, find a job that is compatible. Its not the slaughter house's job to accommodate the Buddhist who won't kill animals. Nor the State's job to accommodate bakers who violate PA laws. But the Buddhist and the Christian's job to find work that is compatible with their religion.
