This advice has a similar affect as all those candle light vigils.
Historical note:
On March 3, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, several police cars chased Rodney G. King, a robbery parolee who was allegedly speeding. Two friends were with him in the car. After a police chase during which he drove through several intersections against red lights, King eventually was forced to stop. The two passengers in the car complied with police requests to exit the car. Rodney King refused and had to be physically removed from the car.
He should have listened to Chris Rock.
