The key problem with this case is that jones was denied his 7th amendment right to a jury trial. The corrupt judge simply announced that jones was being uncooperative and therefore she was making a default judgement and the jury will not decide the case. Jones cannot give his side of the story and he loses and all the jury can do is assess a penalty.

Cuomo's show on News Nation is the best and most informative evening show on the issues imo. His discussions with Bill O'Reilly are excellent. He is still clearly anti-Trump but I watch because he at least tries to look at both sides. He presented as a Democrat partisan hack on CNN, but was fired in 2021.

Caution: I remember when people thought the DP was dead back when Reagan was in office. As awful (IMHO) as the DP agenda is these days, voters will vote for them if and when Trump and the GOP seriously screw up and lead this country into a recession.
