Before Hamas became violent during the intifadas, when it was just the Gaza branch of the Jordanian Muslim brotherhood, Israel's General Ariel Sharon was in charge of Gaza and he actually chose to fund and support Hamas with welfare money to divide the Palestinians between the secular PLO and the religious Hamas.

And that Moldavian Gangster Lieberman is going to have to grovel and apologise to Turkey for murdering 9 Turks who are meant to be allies of israel.

And the blockade has not stopped weapons getting into Gaza; only made millionaires of the tunnel operators and increased Hamas taxes and control.

Now gaza has lots of undersea natural gas and the greedy Israelis are asking the PLO not Hamas to be its partner in getting the gas (not petrol..or oil) ashore. So there could be prosperity but the greedy Zios will want to steal as much as they can. They never learn.

Perhaps Kvetch should actually speak to some of these Christians who believe no such thing. I wonder if Kvetch was turned on when those Turks on that boat, before they set sail, were saying they wanted to be martyrs. what Kissinger did was to engineer a coup against the neutral cambodian King Sihanouk who died last week

that brought a right wing lon nol to power in cambodia and when the USA fled vietnam the reds over ran cambodia which they would not and could not have done if sihanouk had still been in power
