The retirement age will be gradually increased over the next 15 years. For men, it will rise to age 63, from 60. Female managers will work until 58, instead of 55. And the working years of non-managerial level female employees will be extended to 55, from 50.

They are raising their retirement age and it is still almost 15 years sooner than ours in some cases.

Wow so chinese people still have a chance to live long enough to have a life after retirement. Nice.

This is also good news on any sort of war possibility. If the workforce is shrinking so are fighting age soldiers

China does not want a war, they would lose customers.

International trade is a great deterrent against a war

Interesting. So what can China being friends with Russia teach us?

The American Dream is retirement and no longer about just owning a house. Both are out of reach for most Americans now.

They're going to do it bit by bit because they're scared of the reaction if they do it to the level they need to do it to.

Also the amount these people are getting is probably like $400 a month.
