China raises retirement age as workforce shrinks
Government strives to avert pension crisis by extending contribution years

The retirement age will be gradually increased over the next 15 years. For men, it will rise to age 63, from 60. Female managers will work until 58, instead of 55. And the working years of non-managerial level female employees will be extended to 55, from 50.
They are raising their retirement age and it is still almost 15 years sooner than ours in some cases.
