No, its not routine, though it used to be during the cold war, especially unusual is the participation of the communist Chinese in this episode. They are operating off of the rat islands, just poking the US in response to US poking them first, its not a cause for much concern in and of itself, what is cause for great concern is Biden and his fellow fascist democrats succeeding in pushing China and Russia into forming alliance against the US, when what should have been the case was Russia joining with us against China!
