Actually, I doubt that she had any choice. Trump is acting within his authority to enforce federal law and protect federal property, and she can't do anything about it. If he goes beyond that to quell riots that have nothing to do with federal property or federal law then that is another matter. So far I have seen no evidence that federal agents have acted beyond that scope, and I won't be taking the word of a rioter who got picked up somewhere. And who is to say that some one wouldn't orchestrate a fake arrest by fake agents to give a fake impression of wrong-doing on the part of federal agents.
