It is hard to believe until you dig into Chicago demographics. Chicago is 46 percent white and 30 percent Black. It is White Liberals largely unaffected by crime (so far) who keep electing these anti-Police Black Racists into office. When the crime makes it to their neighborhoods, that's when you might see a change in leadership. But as long as the Cop hating NIMBYs don't see the problem on their doorstep, nothing will change.
