All I saw there was a cop ordering a person out of a park that was closed late at night, and she turned around and started using her phone refusing the police's lawful order and it led to them ultimately getting into a bit of a scuffle.

Put the cop back on duty and charge the woman with violating local park ordinances.

The mistake the cop made was not saying this is private party you need to leave now or i wil larrest you for trusspassing. and if she didnt cuff her and be done with it. instead he tried to be nice guy nd got in to yelling tussel match with the lady. you tell them, you warn them and then you make them. end of story. and a cop told me that.
