You don't write citations to people who are breaking the law warranting an arrest, especially when it's a repeat offender. Like any business, it's a matter of quality. There's one very specific competitor I have, called TopResume. Now, they have a very big budget, and they have links with a lot of the job search boards. They will give you a boilerplate critique that convinces you your resume has problems.
