Elon Musk floats possible pardon of ex-cop Derek Chauvin for being 'unjustly convicted' in George Floyd case | Daily Mail Online

By STEPHENM. LEPORE FOR DAILYMAIL.COM
Elon Musk weighed on a movement to pardon former police officer Derek Chauvin, saying the controversial action was 'something to think about.'
Chauvin, the disgraced Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd back in 2020, is currently serving concurrent state and federal sentences in a federal prison in Arizona.
Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire has begun an effort to pardon Chauvin with an open letter to Donald Trump, calling his conviction 'the defining achievement of the Woke movement in American politics.'

Comment:
The medical examiner testified that Chauvin did not harm Floyd.
He also testified that Floyd had arterial sclerosis, covid-19 and a lethal amount of fentanyl in his blood.
It was a politically motivated conviction.
It was a bogus conviction and an injustice.

Conservative pundit Ben Shapiro announced Tuesday that he wants President Trump to pardon former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin of all federal crimes in the May 2020 death of George Floyd.

“The Ben Shapiro Show” host has launched a petition backing a public letter to Trump, 78, contending that Chauvin, now 48, was “unjustly convicted” of Floyd’s killing, which led to riots in cities across the US and a national reckoning on the issues of race and policing.

“There was massive overt pressure on the [Minnesota] jury to return a guilty verdict regardless of the evidence or any semblance of impartial deliberation,” Shapiro wrote in the letter.

I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr. Floyd. He called me later in the day on that Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.

That's not what he said at all, he said the knee on Floyd's neck was more than his body could take. So stop pretending otherwise. Not to mention his statement that an underlying heart condition which was aggravated by the knee on Floyd's neck was contradicted by all of the other medical experts who testified.

The MA's initial finding was part of the police coverup of Floyd's murder, so he had a vested interest in sticking to his original story. He should have been charged as an accessory after the fact, for trying to aid the cover up. It wasn't until the video was released that police were forced to admit what happened.

"The medical examiner who conducted the state’s autopsy on George Floyd stopped short on Friday of backing other expert witnesses at Derek Chauvin’s murder trial who testified that Floyd was asphyxiated under the knee of the accused former police officer.

Dr Andrew Baker told the court that the police pinning the 46-year-old Black man to the ground was “just more than Mr Floyd could take” by making it hard for him to breathe, causing stress hormones that worsened a heart condition and led to his death."

Hearsay

It’s just virtue signaling. Dude is sitting in state prison and should get even more years for tax evasion and voter fraud. A federal pardon is meaningless.
Chauvin? Voter Fraud?
