Yes. That is why Kirk was murdered.
The Left wants free rein to indoctrinate students into their world view, and in order to do that, they need to delegitimize and silence expression of the other side. That is why they scream Fascist! Hitler! Nazi! Racist! at everyone who disagrees with them.
Kirk in particular was a threat to them. He was exposing students to the lies and brainwashing students were receiving, and he was INDEED effective. He showed them, calmly and respectively, how what they were being taught was wrong.
The Left can’t tolerate that, as they need an ignorant, brainwashed electorate to win elections, so they ramped up the demonization and delegitimization. As a result, a troubled young man believed the lies - and KILLED him.
It is obviously what radical leftists wanted, and that’s why they’re celebrating. Even worse - they are calling for their next victim, and I fear they have Miller in their cross-hairs.

No need for any war or anything like it..... All that is needed is to enact laws against the activities of certain group's, otherwise for whom engage in certain activities that are directly related to the trouble and/or actions that have been in play or have been taken by the group because of said certain activities.
The evidence is overwhelming now, but if it is ignored because of feelings or the worry-ation of offending the group or individual's within the group, then the proverbial can will be kicked down the road until the next tragedy takes place.

Going astray of the law in FL is really not a good idea. They got a place for ya.
They do not discriminate. You break the law, you go to the place. Simple.
Like a surgeon doing surgery, this is the method that should be used in order to remove from the bad guys (their guns), otherwise to do so where it absolutely never affects the good people and their 2nd Amendment Rights.

A lot of not so smart people actually need access to guns to keep bad people from around their places.

2: If a nutjob - an institutionalized mental case - is so dangerous to society cannot be trusted with a firearm, he should not be released from institutionalization.
Corollary:
If you aren't in prison or a mental institution, you have a the right to own and use a gun, as protected by the 2nd.

If a gang is running around with illegal guns in Chicago for example, and they are threatening, intimidating, and killing people with those guns, then you are saying that there is no way to remove the guns from these gangs or bad individual's who are free to just do their anarchy and intimidation with those weapons because of their 2nd amendment rights ??
So what's your plan then ? Remember the chit's been going on now for decades.
