As i've just explained in my previous post, it had nothing to do with pilots not being qualified, because they're black, it has everything to do with pilots or anybody being hired specifically because of their race or any other characteristic not related to being able to fly a plane. All he was trying to say is that he hopes that the person gets in his plane was hired because they were the best qualified, not because of their skin color or any other characteristic.
