Change USA to PRA

Because America has a representative government, is is clear from its actions whom it represents. Clearly, it is not the people. Their best interests seem at most secondary.

Therefore, in the name of clarity and honesty, perhaps the title should be changed from USA to PRA:
The Persons' Republic of America.

In this new configuration, 'person' and 'persons' would be the unique pronouns concerning those represented, and would all have identical rights, especially suffrage.
