CGI to Be Replaced by Accenture on Obamacare Contract

Oh god, I can't imagine a worse choice. CGI is the only company worse than Accenture. I'm on a project right now where we are cleaning up a big mess left by Accenture. I've never seen such poorly written crap in my life. It appears their motive was to keep as many consultants employed as possible, not get the job done.
