Not really in this case. There is a bit of history to this. He has a vacation home in Cornwall. During the lock downs, he moved his family from their London house to the vacation home. That upset a lot of people acting like his family was bringing the plague with them leading to calls to ban people from doing what he had done, targeting his family, threatening to make his address public, etc etc etc. There was a facebook group set up that dragged him. In their defense, however, GR apparently was not very observant of the stay at home orders even once they relocated.
