This is truly a bombshell story when you understand the full implications of it, yet major media likely will not touch it. Headlines could read ā€œIn stunning lawsuit, CDC admits they have no evidence vaccines donā€™t cause autismā€ ā€“ but instead, crickets. Independent media organizations like CE are left to have to tell these stories, and at the same time risk more demonetization for telling the truth that the public should know. Of course, we also know that since independent mediaā€™s reach has been cut, getting stories like this out is very hard and relies on you, the dear reader, to spread the word.

As of March 2nd, 2020, the CDC has admitted in federal court that they do not have any evidence proving that vaccines given to babies donā€™t cause autism. For years they claimed that the studies had been done, the evidence was clear, and that there was a consensus: ā€œvaccines donā€™t cause autism.ā€ Yet, this was a lie.

An organization called the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) was instrumental in bringing forth this admission. As they stated in their own press release:

In summer 2019, ICAN submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the CDC requesting ā€œAll studies relied upon by CDC to claim that the DTaP vaccine does not cause autism.ā€ ICAN also submitted this same request for HepB, Hib, PCV13 and IPV, as well as requesting the CDC provide studies to support the cumulative exposure to these vaccines during the first six months of life do not cause autism. Despite months of demands, the CDC failed to produce a single specific study in response to these FOIA requests. ICAN was therefore forced to sue the CDC in federal court, where the CDC finally conceded, in a stipulation signed by a Federal court judge, that that it has no studies to support that any of these vaccines do not cause autism.

Esalla admits that they do not have any evidence proving that vaccines given to babies cause autism.
LOL the courts have already found that vaccines cause autism, did you spend much on law school to become this morbidly stupid?

Family to Receive $1.5M+ in First-Ever Vaccine-Autism Court Award

The first court award in a vaccine-autism claim is a big one. CBS News has learned the family of Hannah Poling will receive more than $1.5 million dollars for her life care; lost earnings; and pain and suffering for the first year alone.

In addition to the first year, the family will receive more than $500,000 per year to pay for Hannah's care. Those familiar with the case believe the compensation could easily amount to $20 million over the child's lifetime.

Your anecdotal evidence, a court case from more than a decade ago proves only that a huge corporation will settle a lawsuit by offering cash instead of being dragged through decades of courts and costing tens of millions of dollars. WOW! Who knew? :D

How many thousand cases have been settled like that one since then?

Huh? But I thought they just said there was no link between ... wait, I'm confused. If vaccines don't cause autism, why did the government pay millions of dollars to autistic kids as compensation for vaccine injury? I'm no expert, and there's not a ton of information out there on these particular cases (because access to medical records has been blocked from public view), but I'm wondering if this doesn't all boil down to a system of semantics designed to protect the medical powers-that-be.

LOL the CDC just admitted that there is no data that shows that vaccines do not cause autism after claiming that they had this data for decades meaning that the CDC lied to America as they are doing now with covid

No problem you get the vaccine and I will watch you rot

The autism rate in America is skyrocketing. It is up 30,000 percent since the early 1980ā€™s, now affecting 1 in 36 children (between 3 and 17 years of age). And the CDC has indeed ā€œfraudulently managedā€ the data ā€” senior CDC researcher Dr. William Thompson and his team found a strong association between vaccines and autism, but did as their bosses told them and changed the parameters of the study to get rid of the association, so the CDC would not have to report it to the public.

It is up 30,000 percent since the early 1980ā€™s,

Baloney.
So you are saying that the CDC is lying about the rise in autism in the USA

April 11 (UPI) -- Autism rates have surged at an alarming rate in several states around the country since 2010, a new study says.

The average rate of autism is 1 in 59 for children in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Utah and Wisconsin, according to findings published Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

"It's very likely that the next time we survey autism among children, the rate will be even higher," Walter Zahorodny, an associate professor of pediatrics at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and study author, said in a news release.

The researchers studied health records for 4-year-olds between 2010 and 2014 and 8-year-olds within the same time frame. They found that children with other intellectual disabilities and conditions were likely to be diagnosed with autism before age four.

Is that the best you have? Autism rates were not tracked before the year 2000 because it was not the problem that it is now since the autism causing vaccines

The prevalence of autism in the United States has risen steadily since researchers first began tracking it in 2000. The rise in the rate has sparked fears of an autism ā€˜epidemic.ā€™ But experts say the bulk of the increase stems from a growing awareness of autism and changes to the conditionā€™s diagnostic criteria.

Hereā€™s how researchers track autismā€™s prevalence and explain its apparent rise.

How do clinicians diagnose autism?
There is no blood test, brain scan or any other objective test that can diagnose autismā€”although researchers are actively trying to develop such tests. Clinicians rely on observations of a personā€™s behavior to diagnose the condition.

What is the prevalence of autism in the U.S.?
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 1 in 68children in the U.S. have autism. The prevalence is 1 in 42 for boys and 1 in 189 for girls. These rates yield a gender ratio of about five boys for every girl.

How does the CDC arrive at this number?
CDC researchers collect health and school records for 8-year-old children who live in select U.S. counties. These researchers are part of the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network, which the CDC set up in 2000 to estimate autism prevalence.

Every two years, trained clinicians scan the records for signs of autism features, such as social problems or repetitive behaviors. They focus on 8-year-olds because most children are enrolled in school and have had routine health assessments by that age2. They then decide whether each child meets the criteria for autism, even if the child does not have a diagnosis, and extrapolate the results to all children in the state.

The most recent prevalence estimates are based on data from 11 network sites in 11 states. The CDC plans to focus on 10 of these sites for future assessment. At six of the sites, clinicians plan to survey the records of children at both 4 and 8 years of age.

The CDC will not even look at the increase since 1980 to today.

Thanks for pointing that out legal non genius

Was not tracked by the CDC, they could do the study but refuse so others are doing it for them. See the CDC is not the source for all information and would never seriously be expected to admit their own failures that resulted in permanent brain damage to American children.

This is what class action lawyers are for and they are winning at present something you seem to NEED to ignore

The judges and juries who are awarding millions to the brain damaged children seem to believe he is credible
Ever heard of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program?

It's a government fund to compensate children who were injured as a result of vaccines.

If all vaccines are safe ..... why does this fund exist?

Wrong because for the last 20 or more years the CDC has been claiming that they have studies that disprove the autism link, and now in federal court they have admitted that these studies do not exist which means they fabricated them..

You do studies to see if it CAUSES autism, which they did and found it didn't. They didn't do studies to prove the negative. If you are going to wade into this at least know how doing studies works.

Vaguely. What about it?
Are you in a big hurry to be a vaccine tester?

Lol have fun

They don't cause autism. So why don't you like them?
The evidence says otherwise
All the evidence of increased autism after infants were inoculated before they had an immune system points to vaccines causing autism

CDC Admits In Federal Court They Have No Evidence ā€œVaccines Donā€™t Cause Autismā€

That's not how studies work... you don't try to prove a negative. No wonder you believe in this conspiracy shit.

The CDC never did a study on autism and the vaccine so the evidence that they claimed they had was fraudulent, they admitted to this in federal court

You keep saying "they." A "whistle-blower" does not speak for the entire CDC, and they could not be telling the truth.
