Even with all risk factors aside, there is absolutely no justification for this. There is no public benefit since it is acknowledged that it doesn't provide immunity, so there is no reason to put it on the immunization schedule. At best there is some private benefit in mitigating symptoms. Same as putting vitamin D and exercise on the immunization schedule.

The problem I see with this is some dumb asses with no common sense take that schedule as gospel and try to force it on others unwilling to be guinea pigs and self immolate because they don't know no better than to do such.
 
Open up your state's immunization schedule. It will say something like "based on the ACIP Recommendations and ...".

Of course this will find it's way into the standard immunization schedule, or as it is more properly referred to in the past few days, since these jabs do not provide immunity, the schedule.
The recommended immunization schedule is not a vaccine mandate. States and local jurisdictions make their own rules about which vaccines are required for school attendance.
