What do the death jabs actually do, though? I know that they do horrible things to the human body, but horrible in what ways? Do they merely make you ill, or do they actually travel to your gonads, and change your DNA forever? We need someone with knowledge in this area to help us.

Maybe he is one of those rare individuals who decided he "ain't gonna take it anymore" and realized quickly how the shot screwed his body up? Maybe the bioweapon caused him to become a vigilante when he realized the CDC was a big player in the Scamdemic?

I always appreciate intelligent questions. The complete answer to your question is very complex, very detailed.
One point we know is that the toxicity of the serum injected is greatly dependent upon the batch number. Some of the batches were very toxic, some were less toxic, and some were apparently not toxic at all, perhaps just saline.
Remember that it was an EXPERIMENT, and nobody but the perpetrators know the exact parameters of the experiment.
