This is a welcome change. On the list of vaccines no longer universally recommended: influenza, rotovirus, and Covid, among others. Still recommended: MMR, Polio, DTaP, etc.

After the covid debacle, it will be a long time before I'll have any trust in the CDC. They lost a lot of credibility and they'll have to work hard to regain the public's trust.
