The CBO is corrupt by design. Its methodology always underscores economic growth and camouflages the effects of government spending. For example, it "balanced" Obamacare by matching 10 years of revenue to 5 years of expenditures. It also ignores the economic benefits of tax cuts. It is little more than a third leg of the DNC/MSM stool pigeon.
