What the DNP needs is for somebody with some balls to stand up to the Far Left Progressive Liberals and swing that party back to being more moderate. Ditto for the GOP to swing their party back to nearly the Center after Trump is gone. Cuz right now the basic choice that we have is the ridiculous Far Left agenda and the populist Far Right agenda where compromise is a dirty word (both parties) and nothing gets done.

And that means the party will shrink even further than it already has, along with their abysmal approval rating reducing all the more.

Maybe it's not so much a split as a collapse.
