We absolutely have to pass some tough legislation outlawing assault vehicles in the hood. It's a very dangerous situation. Those poor folks are outside walking around, on their toes in anticipation of the next gunfight breaking out any second, and, boom, out of nowhere some clown comes at them with a car. It's just not fair to the poor victims.
