I have repeatedly linked numerous videos on this forum sampling interviews and speeches given by Biden over the past 30 years. His ability to talk is SEVERELY declined in the last 2 years.
It isn't even close.
Yes Biden is a Gaffer - so was George Bush Jr.
But Biden could respond to questions quickly, on topic and do it well just 5 or 6 years ago.
TODAY - he literally cannot speak 10 words in a roll with out mispronouncing a word, saying an incoherent word or pausing because he lost his train of thought.
All of those are signs of what many elderly people suffer from - cognitive decline due to ageing and or disease such as Alzheimers and or Dementia.

This is just 11 years ago.... the difference is UNDENIABLE. He couldn't even begin to speak this well today. Not even close.

The problem is Biden. If his mental decline is such that he can no longer use a teleprompter properly, then his mental decline is such that he is not mentally fit to be president. As long as he has been in politics he should be a pro at using a teleprompter if mentally fit.

And I don't see much change: he participated in the conspiracy and personally convinced Congress to attack an independent and prosperous Iraq.

Now he participates in a new one, convincing Congress to start a new, this time proxy war with Russia, bringing pain and suffering and irreparable demographic damage to Slavic populations on both sides of the conflict. Again, instigated by the United States.
