I can believe it...the only one I've heard of is Toys R Us and they have been destined to fail for a while now...tough to compete with on line toy sales...they give that Chinese crap away on the internet...

to some businesses, using the Bankruptcy process is just another financial or legal
step in reorganizing or refinancing. yes it means they have more debts than they can manage
without doing this. but some of the best companies or entrepreneurs hit zero or
lost everything before they rebuilt. I think it's part of the learning curve if
you are going to experience the ups with the downs and learn the difference in
how to organize and structure to become sustainable.

It's like how some people may go through breakups and divorces
on the way to working toward sustainable lives and relations.
It doesn't mean those relations were complete failures, it means they
went through stages while learning and changing how they operated.
