I recall the police in Toronto were so incompetent that a Chinese national who had committed murder escaped a psychiatrist ward and left home for China. The didnt even warn the public that a murderer was on the loose.and he just left back to Fhina, no reuwest by Canada to have him repatriated for his mirder. He was almost certainly an MSS agent.. The Police State are good at only manufacturing threats but unable to address real criminals. Now Iranians in Canada are being targetted and there is nothing Canada csn or will do. A member of Iran’s tiny Jewish community, he eventually fled the Islamic Republic and ended up in Canada a decade ago.
