The earliest anti-Iraq war protests were organized by the Stalinists at International A.N.S.W.E.R. But before you knew it, it was real nationwide movement with Donald Trump himself demanding his friend Nancy Pelosi to impeach Bush.
A.N.S.W.E.R would attend protests, which included tens of thousands of ordinary citizens, and try to recruit them. They were a splinter group, in no way representative of the entire anti-war movement.
The Stalinists at the No Kings protests were also a tiny splinter of the entire six million who turned out.
O'keefe is committing his usual lies of omission, and you always fall for it.
At Trump rallies, there are organizations also trying to recruit attendees. At MAGA events, actual Nazis are given a platform to speak and embraced by the likes of Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Business as usual.
But like I said, the ant-war protests grew from the fringes into a mainstream movement.
So mainstream that a certain celebrity joined the movement.
