We've seen this before with Obamacare/PPACA and the Gay Marriage and Abortion issue(s) rulings. Threads will be started in Forums/Boards: Politics - Current events and other places.

Exact information o the ruling on what is often referred to as the "Trump Tariffs" could be kept in one place for current and future reference. I propose this thread be it:

The politics of this ruling aside, it's the legal/constitutional issues that most interest me.

I dove deep into the Obamacare/PPACA ruling and arguments. Few could argue any salient points in an argument that went to the legal issues involved. Most comments used political arguments that had nothing to do with the legal arguments made in the court(s).

I guess that's why people are all over the place on supporting/attacking the court system and especially the federal courts and the Supreme Court
