No. There will never be peace between Turkey and Armenia. The reason is the extreme religious differences. However, if Turkey ever went back to the way it was under Mustafa Ataturk, then it might be possible.
Islamic leaders and their clerics consider the worship of Christ as a God, as sacrilegious and warrants death for such believers. It's in their Quran and as Islam is actually growing in the west, I see no situation where they will change their stance. Once they have total control of the west, the culling of the non-Muslim herds of people will be begin in full force.
