Can there be bipartisanship without ‘American Pride’ holding the parties together?

I hope I’m not projecting....it seems as though the Dem Party has reached a point where they may be discouraging members from taking or showing their pride in America as ‘American Pride’ doesn’t really align with the current Dem talking points and narrative. I’d go as far to say that some Dems may even see the overt display of American Pride as RACIST and or xenophobic these days.
From American Pride the American Spirit is born...I don’t see the parties exercising bipartisanship on any level if they aren’t bonded by American Pride and the American Spirit.
Your thoughts?

You lose your patriotism and you lose your country. Your enemies know this, it's why they, and even U.S allies, try to drive this in America.

Your most important agencies are now promoting social justice warriors. This will not end well when China rules the world. Even the wealthiest in America will pay the price, they are just too stupid and sheltered to know it.

Bipartisanship is often the kiss of death for your political career. Look at how the democrats piled on Susan Collins after she voted with them 1 time in impeachment.

Democrats? Trump is the one telling people to boo and hope American's lose at the Olympics.

Only those betraying America and turning their backs on your flag and anthem.

Some will say "hey, it's a free country, feel free to burn our flag, kneel and spit on our land during the anthem".

Trump is NOT one of those people.

I did not see any support for that lie

do you have a link for that?

what trump did was that point out that purple hair lesbians who hate America are causing disunity on the team

He‘s saying to booo those who shit on our flag yet have plenty of family members waiting by the mailbox for that EBT card and free shit provided by American’s.

Dems are clearly unhinged at this point. Not long ago daring to say a fraction of the anti American crap they are spewing now would have meant losing elections.

Democrats and their minions in the media and hollywood scoffed at the term "patriotism" so much that nobody used the word for decades. They won a S.C. decision to use the Stars and Stripes as toilet paper and they did so. They ridiculed tradition and tore down statues and disrespected the National Anthem so don't expect them to show any "American pride" unless they can turn it into a political cliche.

Protesting is NOT turning your back on the country. It's one of the most important protections this country has. It's really sad you wish to end that.

You just made that up. All the same.......Trump is dumping on those who exercise their right to protest.

Prog women are women who have been scorned in their ways of belief and are endowed with their politics. And they are now empowered in a huge way. Big time death is a coming for many Americans or big time poverty.

Nancy Pelosi is a spoiled woman who grew up in a style mafia family and is not good at what she does. She is a shrew. And she is a petulant child who would bring a nation to destruction. Only in rich nations would people like her be put into power. Look at the Western World. It is not a bad thing but the whole world is much different. China could put millions of soldiers on our mainland in a war. And we would give up in many areas easily now.

Trump is mentally ill.
Your “proof” is an NBC headline that is itself a lie

trump voters have every right to boo the purple haired lesbian and her girl friends

btw: the radio is reporting that our all-black olympic basketball team lost to France

proving that its impossible to score enough baskets when the black players on their knees

Cheer. Go ahead. I don't need to answer anything further.

Some people are proud of their country and some aren't. Some believe America is flawed and should change and some don't. Some think that change should be radical, as in try socialism, and some don't. We are not a nation where everyone thinks and acts the same; our rights specifically state that we can have different ideas and opinions and all of that stuff I mentioned is okay.

But what is not okay is to try to impose your ideas and opinions on everyone else. What is not okay is to deny or restrict someone else's right to say or write what they think, which I think today's Left is trying to do in too many cases. Whatever you are for or against, it's not okay to riot in the streets and loot and burn someone's property, or public property either. I don't think that is an issue of national pride so much as conforming to the rule of law. Just because a person is not proud of America should not and does not mean that they can't try to make life better here. It does not mean that they should not compromise and cooperate with those they disagree with. It also doesn't mean that anyone has to sacrifice their personal beliefs, but since we live in a constitutional republic it does mean that whatever the law is, we have to abide by it until such time as the law is changed.

If you don't think a given policy is the right thing to do, it is perfectly okay to work to change that policy, but you gotta do it within the confines of the law. Whether you are proud of your country or not, either way that is no excuse to cause harm to others.
