Can the Trump supporters explain something to me?

You can't blame congress when Trump has a record of vetoing only 1 spending bill in his entire term. Nor can you blame congress when the people keep electing these big spending, big government RINO's.
Of course, you can blame congress when they control what spending bills make it to the president. When they give him something he really wants and lard it up with all the garbage they want, he has a tough choice, either cave or have the usual suspects ranting about how he vetoed Granny's prescription coverage with no mention of the billion-dollar bridge to nowhere with a politician's name on it.
The alternative? A democrat big spending, big government politician? Seems like the difference is only party affiliation.

We all know TRUMP! was a democrat at one time, then grew up.

But that's exactly why Trump was elected. It's what he promised. It's what his supporters believe he's going to do. They got all giddy over DOGE.
And now the real Donald Trump is coming out, and hardly any of his supporters are holding him accountable for any of these flip flops.
The Biden Administration has spent trillions and trillions off budget and has pretty much zero to show for it that benefits Mom and Pop American in any way.

If Trump is spending money that actually does good for Mom and Pop American and stopping spending money that disappears into a black hole and/or does nothing good, he isn't flip flopping. He is doing exactly what he promised to do.

Trump is already planning to cut taxes and increase spending. That's a horrible way to manage a budget. In fact, it's insane, because tax cuts have never ever paid for themselves.
How long a time frame are you talking about? In the short term they don't, but in the long term they can. Of course, Congress will make sure they never do.

It's going to take someone to actually get Congress involved

The actual conservatives in Congress (Goode, Massie, Roy and a few others) have been trying. But Trump seems to want the more vocal conservatives primaried for opposing more spending and bigger government.

It was only a couple of weeks ago that Trump called for Chip Roy to be primaried because he opposed the CR that spent way too much. A CR that could've been cut by hundreds of billions more in wasteful spending.

Simply requiring programs to justify budget increases and be audited regularly would be a step in the right direction. Watch the usual suspects fight even that.

Trump campaigned on cutting spending and the size of government. That's something that fiscal conservatives like Massie and Chip Roy have been doing since they were elected the first time. It's one of the biggest reasons why Trump was elected both times.
We all know that government spending is out of control. We know the size and scope of government is also out of control.
Just in the last month, Trump has threatened to get us involved in wars that have nothing to do with us. He's promised to created more government. He's gone from publicly supporting smaller, more transparent bills to now wanting a HUGE reconciliation bill with everything in it. "One big beautiful bill," as he calls it. One that's is already partially written and spends way more than the last one. The H1B can't go without being mentioned also. Supporting H1B's over American graduates.

Without focusing on one single issue/promise, can someone explain to me where the fiscally conservative Trump went to? Because he's not even in office yet and is already changing his stance on some important issues. This was supposed to be the new and improved Trump. But it seems like it's the same one that got elected in 2016.
The only way I see us fixing (to some degree) our fiscal mess is to pass a FULL budget, meaning revenue AND spending, at the same time. And the only way to do that is for the two parties to work together, which they no longer have the capacity to do.

Sloganeering like "cut spending!" is always attractive and gets votes, but when it comes to getting down to business these people are more worried about getting re-elected. So we have to fix our electoral system, TOO.

Not holding my breath.

I'm only one vote. Get millions behind it and maybe change will happen. That's not going to happen

This ain't about Biden's spending. It's about Trumps promise to spend less than Biden. This new reconciliation bill, that Trump wants, spends more than Biden's last one.

At least try to focus on the subject, please.

With the exception of about 20 actual conservatives in congress, the two parties are working together. Both of them working to increase spending. Increase the size & scope of government.
The democrats and the Trump supporters won't even acknowledge what's going on. All they seem to want to do is blame the other side.

You mean you want Congress to actually do their Constitutional duty?

Instead of coming around several times a day and asking stupid questions, why dont you pick out a trump policy you disagree with and tell us what you want instead?

And now, the way he's wanting a new government agency, increased reconciliation bill, bashing conservatives who tried to cut real money from the last CR, Trump is doing exactly what Biden did. And what he did his first term. Spend more. Increase the size of government. Increase the size of the swamp.

got a link to back that up??

I posted them. You just have have the ability to put 2 & 2 together.
IE supporting a massive reconciliation bill & tax cuts. Wanting a new government agency. (The ERS)

Why don't you just focus on the topic?

Tax cuts do create revenue, but the generic government will never tell you this.

No they don't. Not enough to cover the tax loss from the tax cuts. It's never worked.
The loss of the USD value, from all the borrowing, completely obliterates any gains from the tax cuts. We get an extra $20 in our paychecks, but the cost of everything we buy goes up $30.

but you failed to include the cuts and other increases in revenue from his other policies,,

its almost like youre lying,,
