This situation isn't going to be resolved by our system of justice because that has finally been sufficiently corrupted that the laws are only being enforced on political enemies of the current regime. When enough people become angry enough, someone may decide to try to arrest one of these thugs but that will lead to a Constitutional crisis that is apt to leave things in even more chaos. Still, if the half of America that still wants Constitutional rule is going to survive, it must be attempted.
