Call me crazy, but this sounds like lib racism to me

I guess I don't understand.

How is experience, merit, value, performance and intelligence being the basis on which you hire people white supremacy?

Unfortunately, plenty of common-sense virtues other than timeliness have gotten caught up in the dragnet of those fighting “white supremacy.” We’ve got state departments of education urging that teachers be trained to purge “white supremacy” from math curricula by putting an end to practices like requiring students to show their work or emphasizing right answers. We’ve got professional developers who preach that the distinctive characteristics of “white culture” include “hard work,” “objectivity,” and “independent thought.”

The paper I wrote in such a frenzy on that afternoon so many years ago lists 15 behaviors, all of them interconnected and mutually reinforcing – perfectionism, a sense of urgency, defensiveness and/or denial, quantity over quality, worship of the written word, the belief in one “right” way, paternalism, either/or binary thinking, power hoarding, fear of open conflict, individualism, progress defined as more, the right to profit, objectivity, and the right to comfort.

The way I interpret it is thus:

If I have have a white and black job candidate in front on me, and the white one has more experience, and offers more value to my company, impresses me as more intelligent both by his academic record and the way he presents himself than the black one, I will be accused of being a white supremacist for choosing the white applicant.

Ok, it's hard to tell. Do you agree white supremacy is a problem or not? Because post sounds like you do, then another sounds like you don't
