Remember the “Traits of Whiteness” exhibit at the Smithsonian? They labeled everything associated with success as as “white thing” - being on time, adhering to schedules, being polite, respecting authority, speaking English properly, etc.

IOW, the message these libs on the BoD was sending was that if you want to be part of the black culture, you need to be tardy, rude, insubordinate, and barely coherent: everything set up to make sure you stay a failure.

It was scary! My Mule was the biggest one in the mule train. He did stumble from time to time. Remember water breaks, where the told you to make sure that your mule was looking over the edge, and don't let them eat vegetation that's over the side? The animals ran that route on a regular basis, so turning towards the edge was natural for them at stops. Doug would eat anything green that he could reach over the side. Weighing 155lbs. soaking wet at the time, I would pull as hard as I could on the reigns, not budging Doug in the least. He'd come back up when he was finished snacking.

Headhunters exist to aid you in your discrimination. If you don't want to hire anyone with brown hair or brown eyes, you tell your placement agency and they will send you a wonderful bunch of candidates and none of them will have brown hair or brown eyes.
