If you have a school system with blacks, whites, Asians, etc and one group in particular consistently falls behind then maybe you need to consider that group falls behind because they aren't as good as the other groups.

I mean if you look at the history of mankind around the world blacks have always been behind, for thousands of years.

How many first world countries that were entirely black? Or even 2nd world countries compared to non black countries?

How many blacks have furthered our advancement as a species in engineering, psychology, exploration, electrical, biology, aerospace and so on compared to non blacks? Even the few that do advance how many did that lived in a white founded nation?

It's time to face facts, overall blacks do not do as well as other races. They never have. Not saying all of them as certainly Thomas sowell is a very smart and accomplished man, but over all blacks not as good.
