I'm not wishing more bad news for Californians, but the more rain and snow this winter, the better. A record snow pack will go a long way to replenishing Lake Powell and Lake Meade reservoirs for the Colorado River and all the Southwestern states relying on that water.

 
We are supposed to get a two day break, then more rain.
