Anyone with half a brain would realise that no illegal is stupid enough to walk into a voting precinct and face immediate deportation just so they can cast a single vote.

Every state has it's own voting regulatiions and requirements. It is incumbent upon them to keep their voting databases secure for obvious reasons. If they have no evidence of voter fraud there will be no investigation.
